Our pasture-raised chicken feet are prized for their naturally high collagen content, making them an excellent ingredient for rich, gelatinous broths.
Most commonly used to make bone broth, chicken stock, soups, and traditional recipes. They can also be pressure cooked or slow simmered to extract maximum flavor and nutrients.
At The Frazier Farms we take pride in raising the highest quality pastured poultry humanly possible. We receive day old chicks from the hatchery, which we brood inside for approx. 2 weeks. After which they are transferred onto pasture in our mobile chicken tractors. We move them twice daily to fresh pasture up until their lifespan is complete at which time we process them in a USDA inspected facility. Our poultry is only feed NON-GMO grains and never supplemented with any hormones or antibiotics.
